Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of deepening the economic integration of the agricultural and industrial complex of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia in the Eurasian Economic Union. The main directions of the concerted agricultural policy which ensure the formation of the common agrarian market in the Community are identified. The role and functions of the Eurasian Economic Commission ensuring the implementation of the concerted actions in the agrarian sphere both at the national and international levels are indicated.

Abstract

The article proposes a theoretical model of economic regulation of agricultural and industrial production which is based on the author's definition of this concept and includes goals, reasons and necessity for the government’s interference in the economic development of the agricultural sector, methodology and tools of a regulating influence, its main directions and results.

Abstract
The article presents the optimization models of improving production efficiency of dairy products based on the growth of its competitiveness. On the example of OJSC “Orsha dairy industrial complex” the effect from the optimization of the assortment of milk, cheese and butter was calculated. As a result of these calculations the expedience of increasing the competitiveness of the products is determined.

AGRICULTURE AND PLANT CULTIVATION

Abstract

The paper deals with the analysis of the breeding work on triticale for the period from 1976 to 2013. The main sources of agronomic characters and qualities are presented, the efficiency of their use in breeding programmes based on an improved scheme of breeding process organization is determined. As a result of the breeding, 18 winter triticale varieties and 6 spring triticale varieties have been developed.

Abstract
The paper presents the estimation of the influence of seeding dates and seeding rates on the formation of the elements of structure and yield of different varieties of winter wheat grown after a spring rape in northern Steppe of Ukraine.

Abstract
Researched is the influence of different forms of nitrogen fertilizers on 137Cs accumulation on sod-podsolic sandy soils with different hydromorphic features. Application of ammonium sulphate to sod-podsolic automorphic sandy soil increases essentially radionuclide content in grain and green weight of legume grass mixture. When urea, ammonium saltpeter and UАM are applied the increased penetration of 137Сs into crops isn’t observed. Concerning 137Cs accumulation in the grain of legume grass mixture the forms of nitrogen fertilizers don’t differ significantly on gleyic soil. The maximum activity of the radionuclide in herbage is observed when standard urea is applied. It is not established that there is significant difference between the forms of nitrogen fertilizers in respect of 137Cs penetration into spring wheat grain and green weight of millet. When standard urea is applied the tendency to the increase of 137Сs activity in green weight of millet in relation to phosphorus and potassium background is observed.

Abstract
A five-year investigation of amino acid composition of grain shows that concerning the content of essential amino acids winter and spring cereals can be ranked in descending order: bare-grained oats (42.36 g/kg) > barley (33.74) > millet (30.54) > spring wheat (30.03) > winter wheat (28.72) > maize (28.66) > winter triticale (26.92) > buckwheat (25.98) > oats (25.89) > winter rye (24.81) > spring triticale (24.33 g/kg). It is established, that under the current productivity of cereals in the republic for the last 5 years the output of essential amino acids from 1 hectare can differ up to 1,7 times. On the total structure of essential amino acids the green mass of maize is considerably inferior to the nutritional value of clover (2.1 times) and lupine (2.6 times).

ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND VETERINARY MEDICINE

Abstract
Fattening and meat traits of young animals of Canadian selection Landrace breed are studied in comparison with that of animals of Belarusian meat breed and hybrids of BM × CL. The analysis of physical and chemical properties of meat and fat in experimental animals was carried out. High levels in evaluation of genotype of purebred Landrace breed animals were revealed. Improvement of fattening and meat productivity values of young animals, obtained by crossing Belarusian meat breed sows with boars of Landrace breed was determined.

Abstract

The research shows that concerning fattening qualities the best hybrids are those obtained in four three-breed crossing variants: (BLW×BM)×L (den.), (BLW×BM)×L (ger.), (BKBçBM)×Y (den.) and (BLWçBM×Yof German breed heterosis effect of which is: 10.2; 9.15; 5.0 and 3.7 %, 8.1; 5.3; 7.9 and 3.4 %, 6.2; 5.7; 5.5 and 3.8 %. Superiority of the Danish hybrids over the control group is also established concerning carcass length by 2.1; 1.2 and 1.7 cm, backfat thickness by 2.8; 1.4 and 2.1 mm, loin area by 5.4; 3.7 and 4.4 cm2 , weight of third part of half-carcasses by 0.6; 0.5 and 0.7 kg, meat content in carcass 1.6; 0.8 and 1.2 %.

Abstract

The use of organic trace nutrients complex “OMEK” for high performance cows improves milk production, reduces feed costs, improves trace elements digestibility. Feeding calves, piglets and poultry with “OMEK” increases the average daily weight gain of animals and poultry, improves blood biochemical indices and reduces the cost of weight gain.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the research on the use of linseed cake and linseed oil in feeding of hens. The influence of the feed on hens’ viability, their productivity indicators and quality of eggs is studied. It’s established that the use of linseed cake and linseed oil enables to increase the content of omega-3 fatty acid in eggs from 0.4 up to 3.4–6.4 %.

MECHANIZATION AND POWER ENGINEERING

Abstract

Modern animal husbandry should react quickly to the requirements of sales market. It is possible with the mechanisms determining the place and time of control actions in a technological chain of production. Adoption of energy saving machines at farms will allow reducing the costs of performing complicated production operations. The paper presents the theory on calculation of a climb angle of a mixer arm. Dependence for calculating the critical angle of lead is obtained.

Abstract
Obtained the dependence to determine the probability of the particle grinding feed in grinder of vertical type and based on it made a grinding machine. On the results of the experimental investigationconstructed a graphdependence of the performance of grinding machine onnumber of mounted on the perimeter of the working chamber blades. Proposed the construction of a working bodythat contains the holder on planes which are fixed two cutting knife. The short base of the cutting elements facing each other. This construction has increased by 50% probability of meeting feed particles with a cutting element.

PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

Abstract

The article deals with the potential risks to the environment and human health from the use of genetically modified plants (GMPs). The effects associated with negative GMP influence on biological diversity as well as negative results of long-term experiments in feeding the animals on the feed with GMP are discussed.
